I received a package of dresses that I bought from the US. I wasnt there when they came but my fiancee payed the customs charges and got the dresses from the postman.
We were charged 85 euro which was higher than I expected.
The value of the pack was 210 dollars in total including shipping, this was all written on the front of the pack, customs seem to have written down 210 EURO on their form and worked out the charges from there. Surely I should have been charged on the euro equivalent??
I have tried contacting them but failing so far. Has anyone else been in this situation?
