Cannot get through to UB to-day and I need to know their current Variable <=80% rate. Checked the mortgages.ie site and they quote 6.10%. That to me seems high as there has been 3 x 0.5% rate cuts in so many months.
6.09% as from 1/12 - yes they are one of the highest around . BOI are 3.75% now (discounted variable) rising to 3.85 after 12 months. You could save a lot of money by moving from Ulster.
