CRH shares held at Computershare how to dispose of ?

Hi there ,
I hope I haven't missed the obvious post about here is how to do this - but I have looked and see lots of go with davys, dirigo or IBKR .. now I have a IBKR account and was left some CRH shares - given the current share price I wanted to dispose of some of them but talk about hitting a road block - so I tried to contact computer share first via the chat and then I tried to call them ( 30 min waiting then the agent had NO idea what to do and said they would check it out and get back to me that was 10 days ago and no update since )

so my question is has anyone actually transferred CRH shares held at computershare to IBKR and how did they go about it ?

Oh, maybe not in the case if your shareholding isn't in paper certificate form?
 
Thanks Clubman, yep seen the last post ( not the first one but I don't have paper ones anyways) - It just says go about and transfer, its the how thats my issue :) - I hate the idea of handing over 500+ to Davys for not doing a lot :)
