Does anyone issue credit cards for unemployed or disabled people ? I occasionally want to rent a car, but the rental companies insist on me having a Credit Card, cash or Debit Card won't do.
https://www.bunq.com/travel - this is coded as a credit card but operates like a prepaid debit card. Rental companies and hotels should except this. You will need the money loaded onto the account first.
