I have just looked at my aib credit card statement and notice that they charge 20.4 % apr on purchases!Is this the most expensive card out there?(21.1 on cash advances)
See the CC cost surveys at www.itsyourmoney.ie or in the Financial Best Buys forum for comparison. Ideally the rate charged should be academic - i.e. you should clear your CC balance each month before interest accrues and use your CC simply as a cashflow management tool rather than a source of interest based credit.
