Creative Zen Sleek Photo Shuffle play

I just got this and am trying to get songs played on shuffle. I uploaded 3music folders but it only shuffles with the songs in that folder. So under music it has say indie music, rock music, dance music etc folders. When I pick a song say in dance it only shuffles the songs in this folder. this correct or is there something I am missing ?

I've a Zen Micro Photo, might be similar though. Instead of going into the "Play Mode" menu, in "Music Library" go to DJ, theres a "Random Play All" option in that. Hope that works for you.

I have the Sleek Photo. Just go to Play Mode first and select Shuffle. Then go to Music Library, and then All Tracks. It'll start off playing the first track (alphabetically) that's stored, and will go random after than.

went into play mode and selected shuffle but then had to go into Dj play and choose randum play of all albums

Still getting use to it and messing round
