Creating a standing order with no BIC and IBAN

Hi folks,

I am trying to transfer money to an account but I only have the sort code and account number, it's an AIB account,

Is it possible to make up the BIC and IBAN once I have the sort code and account number?
 
Yes, there are online IBAN generators but they may not be very safe. AIB online banking also provides an IBAN generator which may be safer. All you need is the sort code and account number.
