House we moved into 15 years ago had a 2 storey extension at the back. So back of house is L shape.
About 3-4 years ago one of the walls started to show a crack in the plaster inside. Just at the join of the original wall at the corner of the L. Where the extension starts. Got a bit worse. Year ago I dug it out replaced plaster. Skimmed it off paint.
now the crack is back again. Directly behind it is brick from original wall.
This has me worried. There’s no sign of damp so am concerned there’s a deeper issue there.
how would I go about finding why that’s happening.
