Court Collection Service?

I am calling on all business owners (and anyone else whom would be happy to support this) to write/email or contact in any way as many TD's and Senators as possible to canvas for a change to which the court service works.

It is costly to bring a creditor to court to simply collect money's which are rightfully your's. It is just not enough that when a Court Judge registers a judgment against the Creditor that they are finished with it. There should be a service within the courts to actually collect the money and not to have the Debtor again paying a solicitor to chase the money which they may never get. The case should'nt be closed until it is paid in full.

Thanking you in advance.

I believe the Dublin and Cork sheriffs are charged with enforcing civil judgements against debtors within their bailiwick. And in the rest of the country it's the County Registrar.

Jim.
