Just got a call from EA to say CoCo have some funding and are interested in buying my house and are sending a surveyor. Has anyone heard of this before or experienced?
House has been for sale for quite some time so could be a great opportunity but obvious concern is that their offer will be lean.
 
I have experience of this, in the case I know of it all went very well, the owners were so glad to be rid of the house which had no other offers at that time, the price was also ok.
 
Hi janev i sold my house to the council in 2010 it went well and they offered a fair price on the 2nd offer .
Just make sure that any extensions or any building work that you may have got done are compliant . I had an attic conversion and had to get an engineers report Also had a conservatory but that was fine as it was allowed under the allowed building allowance . So good luck with it .
