could anyone tell me what entitlements a deaf person is entitled to and how to claim. Thank you
 
You are also entitled under S28 of the Disability Act to (when communicating with public bodies) oral information being provided to you in an accessible format (e.g. Irish Sign Language) on request as far as is practicable - see [broken link removed] for more details.
