What are engineers/architecture technician costs nowadays in Kilkenny to do the following:
Design extension of 35 sq m;
Prepare and lodge a planning application;
Detailed drawings for contractor tenders;
What are development charges to council for extension to a semi detached townhouse likely to come to ?
There would be no mortgage involved so no requirement for signed off bank construction drawdowns. I would imagine most competent builders can be trusted to go it alone on a small extension that wouldn't require to have to pay for periodic inspections or am I mistaken completely.
Finally, what can I expect to pay for builders finish per sq metre. Kilkenny area.
