My partner & I have just boought a house & beacuse we're unmarried, we want to arrange a partnership agreement as well as a will (we bought as tenants in common) - how much would this be roughly?
You should ask the Solicitor who dealt with the house purchase for you. Some will do a partnership agreement as part of the deal for free, some offer Wills for free. As a rule, a Will generally costs in the region of 75 + VAT each but that might be reduced if you are getting two straight-forward wills.

No idea I'm afraid. I can give you a full copy of one if you like and maybe you could just get a Solicitor to witness it which would cost you €10. Where abouts are you roughly??
