those kitchens are called "solid frame" or "inframe" kitchens.the doors are usually thicker than normal doors(normal is 22mm,these should be about 30mm thick).the doors are hung on a frame around the door with visible butt hinges,but can be done with normal concealed hinges.some of these kitchens are made entirely out of solid timber or a combined solid timber and plywood,with dovetails drawers .to keep the price down they can be done with standard interiors,ie melamine chipboard or mdf but still solid doors.alot of kitchen companies in ireland do these kitchens but check around as its a specialist job and some can be poorly done.
