Cost of Build to subfloor level

Just wondering if there's an average cost of building to subfloor level (clearing of site, digging of foundation, laying of subfloor). We've gone direct labour but no idea how much, if any we've saved at this stage. The house is two storey and 3000sq ft and has cost us circa €11k at this stage. Is that reasonable?
 
That is very reasonable, you should expect to pay at least 15k for this work if done by a contractor
 
We're currently building a house of similar size. I have to say I was suprised at how much the opening and filling of the site would cost.

Excavation/Backfill/land grading €11500
Foundation/Dead Wall/Sub Floor €10500

This includes all material and labour...
