Hi,
I'm looking for some advice as to what I can expect to pay for fitting out 4 bathrooms in a new build (2 of these are ensuites). I will be pricing around next week but just need a ballpark figure as to what I can expect to pay. I will be pricing the following (wont be going for anything too expensive but at the same time looking for decent quality but affordable stuff):

-4 toilets, 4 sinks
-3 showers, shower doors, trays, etc (we will have a pressurised system in place. One of these showers will be one with the big shower heads which are fixed)
-1 corner bath with taps and shower head mixer
-2 heated towel rails of average size (not for heating the rooms, just towels)

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer. It will make my job alot easier if I have a rough figure in my head before I go shopping!

If I were you I'd take yourself down to somewhere like Nationwide tile and bath and look at the prices of the kind of stuff you like. They have a good range of middle-market stuff. Nobody here can really advise you without knowing your personal tastes.

Why dont you have a look here first - http://www.askaboutmoney.com/showthread.php?t=105380

It totally depends on what you like and what your budget it. I thought Chadwicks was by far the best value. We were lucky with some deals they had. You can definitely get great value abroad too, see the posts re same in the above thread.

For toilets you should be able to get a good one with everything for about €250-300, not sure sinks, I got all my taps, fittings etc and one of the Hansgrohe showers with the fixed head with the shower hose too (works great) from reuter bathrooms online.

I priced 5 sinks, 5 mixer taps, 3 wcs, 1 freestanding bath, 1 freestanding bath mixer, 2 heated towel rails & valves, 2 shower valves, 2 shower slider rail kits. Prices here ranged from €9k to €6k! I got one company down to €5k but I priced the lot in the UK for less than €3k. I was placing the order with 1 company but they tried putting the transaction through on my credit card 4 times so my bank suspected fraud and stopped it. I eventually ordered with OnlineBathrooms. They don't take payment by Irish credit card so I had to transfer the money direct to their bank but the goods were collected yesterday by my courier and are due to arrive tomorrow. I'll let you know how I get on.

Sorry - hectic couple of weeks! Hope to complete & move in about 8weeks! Can't recommend online bathrooms enough. Entire order came - all looks in order - not yet fitted (tiles going down this week). Our plumber who was a bit sceptical had a look when it arrived and is impressed. The quality of the taps is very impressive and I made HUGE savings there alone. I saved at least 50% - after taking account of sterling difference and including shipping to Ireland. They don't ship so I had to arrange shipping but that wasn't a problem. I'll post again when my plumber installs the lot to confirm the quality but so far so good.

I used [broken link removed]- they're based in Cork. Got a price per pallet for shipping. Very reliable company.
