cost neutral retirement from hse

im turning 50 in june i would like to know if it is still possible to take cost neutral retirement from the hse, also do you actually need to be back at work as presently i am on career break, also just another thought if im not able to return after taking a years career break what are my options,is it possible to take unpaid leave or can the hospital force me back to work, they have already said they cant extend career break
