Hi,

Would be really grateful to receive any thoughts and comments about Coppinger estate. Wondering if it is worth buying a house there in current market?

Family member lives there. I would go for the end of terrace or semi rather than the terrace. Easy walk to Stillorgan or Blackrock. Bus stop just outside the estate. Main road leading to the estate was upgraded recently which has caused problems with the traffic calming measures introduced, mainly at rush hour.

Thank you. There was some thread mentioning it’s mainly renters here compared to owners, is it possible to confirm if this is accurate. Also, someone posted that one can hear everything from neighbours house, is this a real issue in Semi-D houses? It will be very helpful if you can confirm this.

id imagine given the era these houses were built this could potentially be a real issue.
