Conveyancing on Kerry property

Hi, I'm based in Dublin and looking at buying a Kerry property. There are major title complications so I need someone competent. Should I use a solicitor in Dublin or in Kerry? Any recommendations?

In the legal sense it shouldn't make a difference but for convenience it might suit to use a Kerry one and they may know the lie of the land in the area (so to speak) Do you want to give an idea of the complications here, might be helpful to you?

Then that person should be able to get property transferred into their name unless someone has a better claim. I'd imagine this isn't as uncommon as you might think. A solicitor will give you proper advice and reassurance.

Not unheard of at all, but not plain vanilla either.... would Kerry solicitors be more likely to have come across this before, I wonder?

Anyone have a property solicitor recommendation in Kerry?
