I have one of the above taken out originally with the Mortgage 20 years ago this month. I extended the Mortgage by 3 years and as the Conversion is now due to be availed of by the end of this month, I am thinking of not availing of the option and letting the Policy go. My question is can the PTSB insist on my continuing the policy for the remaining term and if I dont what action if any could they take against me?
