Convert OFCH to Geothermal

What's involved (basically) in converting OFCH with rads to a Geothermal unit. The house is a 2 bed terraced built in 2008.
Reason for considering this option is that, currently the oil tank fill line runs under the house from the front garden to the back garden. The Oil Cos are saying it's no longer allowed to use these underground fill lines.

Given your house is 2008 it's highly unlikely that a heat pump (geothermal or otherwise) would be capable of heating it and at a reasonable cost without significant investment in the thermal envelope of the house. See here for some initial reading.
