What is the law on customers bringing their own wine to consume in a cafe - is their any procedure / criteria the cafe owner has to follow for it to be legal?

Thanks in advance

It still doesn't answer my question. A lot of places allow customers to bring their own wine even though the premises sell the product themselves, it's called corkage and is legal.

Yes, the cafe has no licence
As far as I know there is no issue as the premises is neither selling nor serving the alcohol.
Possibly there would be an issue if they had a corkage fee.

Used to be quite popular with indian restaurants as many would not offer alcohol for their own beliefs.
