Hi,
I left my son's duvet in to be cleaned. I collected it on a saturday 2 weeks later. When I took it home and out of the bag later that day there was red and black mold on it and it was slightly damp. I couldn't make it back to the dry cleaners till the following saturday. I left it with them and they said they would look into. I got a call yesterday telling me that there is no way they would have returned a duvet to me in that condition!
What are my consumer rights here? I've had to buy a new duvet, they haven't given me a refund even and of course they are not in the habit of giving receipts so I don't have that either.
