Connecting tv, cinema system and sky+

What is the best way to connect the above?

Tv is a bravia 40w5500
Cinema is sony dz 680w

Was thinking of scart between sky+ and tv, optical between sky+ and cinema, and hdmi between tv and cinema. A bit lost to be honest though!

How do you mean cinema? As in surround sound and dvd player?
 
Everything you've mentioned is spot on from what i can see.Hdmi is sweet!!!!
