10 years ago we appealed and were successfully excluded (by An Bord Plenala) from a CPO by the Council, other properties in the area were CPO'd and are now empty.
At the time we agreed to back all works in the area, match paint work and keep in good repair etc. No work was ever carried out on the surrounding properties. Can the council come back now 10 years later to try again to CPO the property? If so if its not against the charter of the site could someone recommend a good solicitor to help with this. We did it ourselves last time but the reasons we were allowed keep the property have changed so may need more legalese type advice.
