Completing IT38

I am completing an online ROS IT38 form for inheritance tax. My brother and I received a house between us. Where on the form can I put that my inheritance was only half the value of the house. The form shows me receiving the full value of the house. Should we both file the IT38 together? or do we file separate forms?

you enter the value you are receiving only so if half the house is 300,000 then that's what you enter
