Completing Form 11e and what you need to submit

Hi,

I am wondering if someone can help me please. I have just completed filling out my Form 11e for my 2009 tax return. In past years I have submitted my P60 along with the return. I do not see anything in the form for 2009 saying I need to. Has this changed? Also does one need to submit their Income Levy form from their employer?

for a few years now, you do not have to include( If unsure of figures include a copy of them)

On tax return- Include details of P60 and Income levy

Could do pot check in future and ask you to send in P60, Unlikley to happen as more than likely cross check to employer p35 in due course
