Back in 2016, I had Stamp 1 Critical Skills WP (I have Stamp 4 since 2018). I asked a solicitor/accountant whether I can register a Limited Company to work on my side projects. They approved that and registered a company and I'm the director.
if I understand it correctly people cannot register company with Stamp 1? Do you think this can cause any issues now that I have Stamp 4?
