Company paying for Medical Procedure

Just wondering if a company paid for a medical procedure - not for insurance - would that be an acceptable BIK event ?

Could it be a perk that a company provides and the employee pays BIK on the gross cost via payroll ?

For example - a full medical screen for a key employee ?
 
Hmm we get the offer of a flu jab every year of which I don't recall BIK being mentioned or charged.
