You can complain to Revenue if you wish (Google for how to do so) but they won't respond to you (apart from possibly acknowledging your correspondence without comment) and you can't "force a tax audit" as all Revenue-taxpayer interactions are bound by strict confidentiality and are never disclosed to third parties outside the normal processes for publication of significant tax default particulars.
