if you are using the company car for private use. Is there some guidelines on how much you should pay to revenue per mileage?
I have tried but there is no much information available on revenue for private mileage

The tax is actually based on the amount of company mileage you do, not the amount of private mileage you do. So you'll take the new value of the car and multiply it by a certain percentage which is related to the amount of company mileage you do per annum. More info here - [broken link removed]
