I went to file the annual return for my company last week and discovered two issues.
Issue 1.
CORE said that the return was late.
Last year I made the return up to a date earlier than the ARD, the CRO changed the ARD for this year to that earlier date. However last years return says 'The company wishes to return its existing ARD' this is clearly written in the filing on the CORE website as downloaded this morning.
Issue 2
It seems that last years return was returned looking for a list of members. Who knew, the CORE website has shown the status as normal all year.
And again all the members names and addresses are shown in the return
Obviously I will ring CRO Monday, but does anyone have any experience of glitches like this from CRO, or advice as to how to resolve them.
