Hopefully someone can help with the following query:
A client has a shop rented out. The leasee has requested a rent book. All rental payments are made by SO/DD. Is it necessary to give a rent book for a commercial property?
The below link gives info for people "renting a home" but I can't find any reference to rent books and commercial properties.
