Commercial property Lease

Hi, one of my family is after buying a Commercial property, he is planning to lease it, What is the best way about arranging a lease aggreement?

Is their a need to get a Solicitor involved? or would it be an Estate agent who arranges this?

And finally any idea on what the fees would be?

For a Commercial Lease, you would definitely require the services of a Solicitor. The way the market is at present will depend on the length of the lease, its location and the rent achievable. Is it offices, retail or Industrial and what is the location??
