Can anyone out there tell me if any banks lending for commercial property? Would have a deposit of 25-30%. Which of the banks would look most favourably at present. Is BOI interested at all?
I enquired last January with BOI about an investment mortgage on a residental property. They looked for a 30% deposit and offered an interest
