I have a commercial hire purchase agreement which has 5500 left to pay on it. I have been struggling with repayments in the last 6 months due to lack of work. The piece of equipment is worth no more than 3500 and I have a buyer who will buy it at this price. So there will be a 2K shortfall.
I wonder will HP company do a deal with me on this. The initial HP amount was 12000 euro over 3 years and it only in the past 6 months that repayments have been an issue.
