combi boiler v regular boiler

I’ve got a regular boiler but its 20 years old now and needs to be replaced it’s got a hot water tank, boiler is fitted in utility.
Question can i fit a combi boiler to existing set-up without ripping up floor boards and carpets.
Or to i have to replace with a regular set-up again.
 
To install a combi some additional plumbing work would certainly be required, and would have to be assessed on site

Be aware, if you have more than one bathroom, forget it!
also, if your in an area with limey water, unless you install a treatment system too, forget it
