Recently purchased an apt in Collegewood and will be snagging in next few weeks. Would be interested to hear form anyone who has bought here in previous phases and any advice/problems they had. Also I am moving to the area from another part of the city and would be interested in any advice anyone has about traffic, amenities etc.
