I've owned my home for 30 years and today received a letter for the previous owner/tenant from the Collector General's Division. I've received Revenue letters in the past for this person and have returned them (obviously unopened), marked "not known at this address". It's making me anxious that this stranger's name is attached to my address. I've looked for an email address so that I can log this with the Revenue Commissioners, but can't locate any. (I tried phoning, to request an email address, but couldn't get through). Does anyone know of an email address I can contact please?
