what happens when one side don't abide by the settlement in a judicial separation?
Scenario
Property is supposed to exchanged for cash.
However, the other side don't want to now pay off the mortgage but rather service the debt outstanding and leave the other persons name on the mortgage.
This means person 1 can't start again.
The deal then collapsed after an argument.
What happens as no money actually changed hands.
The court originally ordered the transaction to take place over several weeks but the deal isn't possible now.
