Collapsed Settlement in Judicial Separation

what happens when one side don't abide by the settlement in a judicial separation?

Scenario

Property is supposed to exchanged for cash.

However, the other side don't want to now pay off the mortgage but rather service the debt outstanding and leave the other persons name on the mortgage.

This means person 1 can't start again.

The deal then collapsed after an argument.

What happens as no money actually changed hands.

The court originally ordered the transaction to take place over several weeks but the deal isn't possible now.

I got the court order. My name on the order must be removed from both the loan and the mortgage.

You've started another post about this separation and maybe you should include the other posting in this one.
