Closing of house

Hi

Just wondering if anyone know how long roughly it should take until we have our keys. We snagged last week and everything is supposed to be fixed by this weekend. If all goes to plan how long more should everything take?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Casperjack

once snag work is completed by builders and you are happy with same, you would normally close within 72 hours assuming all items are with the bank and the solicitor has requested the loan cheque
