I need to get keys to apartment because I have a workman booked for next week and tiles etc due to be delivered. I have closed pending issuing of a fire certificate and another document cos I don’t want to lose the workman. I’m wondering has anyone else done this?
The builder has already built and sold other apartments/houses on site. I doubt that he built this block different to the others that have passed all checks. Certs on this block was delayed due to inability to get fire officer to come out and check building. He did finally last week and said he wanted something done before he’d issue it. That’s been done, I’m told, but now there waiting til he comes out again.
Please tell me this is a big no-no.
