Class S social and health contributions

If we were only living off interest on savings (with DIRT already deducted), then am I right in thinking, assuming we earned €144 Euros a week each, €288 joint (married couple):

We would be paying Class SO PRSI contributions
Social contributions of 3% of income up to €440 a week, with a minimum annual payment of €253
Health contributions of 2%

I thought I read somewhere that if you earnings were less than €22,800 a year then you could get a refund of the 2% health contributions, but perhaps this is just for employed people?

Many thanks

Thanks Clubman - I have only asked about income from savings and am not worried (at this point) about any income from being employed, I was just wondering about "reckonable income" (interest from savings) only.

Many thanks.
