Claiming back tax

I worked in the Netherlands last year until July 1st. I then returned to Ireland and set up my own company and have been contracting ever since.

Questions:
1) Can I declare my world wide income to be taxed in the Netherlands when I am director of a company here (other director did file return in Ireland)
2) When I claim back my tax paid in Ireland how do I do it
3) When I claim back my tax paid in Ireland can I get back my PRSI as when I pay tax owed in Netherlands I will have paid the eqivalent in both countries

I have not yet opted for either country so all possibilities are still open to me.

Your personal status will be determined by fixed revenue rules for determining residency.

The tax residence of your company: used to be the "centre of administration" or something equally capable of manipulation; I am not sure if this is still the case.
