Claiming TRS

I bought a house off plan in 2004 with a longtime girlfriend. When the house was completed in 2006 and ready to move into, we decided to go our seperate ways. She moved to the UK and I moved into the house. I claim TRS for myself, but I presume that neither her nor I can claim TRS and she is no longer ordinarily resident in Ireland.

Is there a way of claiming for her allocation of TRS as the property is still shared between us on the mortage and deeds.

Any advice gratefully appreciated !
 
I'm pretty sure she would only be able to claim TRS if the house were her PPR. This is not the case, so I don't see how you would be able to claim.
