A family member is sick in hospital and receives his social welfare via cheque. We are having trouble cashing these as he hs no pin for his bank account so we can't use this and his cash is needed to keep bills up to date etc while in hospital. Is there something we can do while he is in hospital to collect his social welfare on his behalf?
