Hi,
I have been offered the option through work to have 5% of my salary put towards the CIF pension with the company contributing 7%.
I have a couple of questions.
If I cannot see my entire career being in the construction industry is it worth my while taking up this option?
If I did take it up and left what would happen to the money already contrbuted?
I'am 25 years old and would consider travelling.
