Chorus ntl Digital tv, Broadband and Phone Offer

Just heard the above being advertised today for €49 per month. Sounds like a good offer.

Has anyone here taken it up? How is it? How many channels less than the basic Sky dish package have you? And how good is the broadband? (That's only 4 questions!)

I was a Chorus customer up to a number of years ago and found the an appalling company to deal with. As bad as I've ever come across. I'd be very slow to go back to them!

I can't get the phone where I am but have the tv and broadband with them. Generally, I find when the systems are working (which is 99% of the time they are fine) but customer service is appalling if you have any problems.
It took 4 different engineers 4 visits and god only knows how many phone calls to get our broadband working.
It was a nightmare and took over a week to resolve.
SO if its all working its fine, but hope you have no problems..........
