Choosing a hotel in or around Haifa

One of the places I'd like to visit is Haifa on on the Mediterranean coast. The Bahai Gardens are meant to be incredible.

If you've been there, can you recommend a place to stay? I've discovered a few places, but if you have suggestions I'd love to hear them.
